What are HydroPro+™ and DryPro+™, and how do they differ?

HydroPro+™ and DryPro+™ are our professional technologies for deep awning cleaning, designed to adapt to different fabrics, locations and installation conditions.
HydroPro+™ uses pressurised water, biodegradable detergents and specialised mechanical brushing. It is ideal for awnings installed in gardens, terraces or other outdoor areas where water can be used freely.
DryPro+™, on the other hand, is a dry-cleaning system specifically designed for awnings on balconies, rooftops or areas where pressurised water cannot be used. It combines controlled spray application, manual or mechanical brushing, and a specialised suction system that prevents dripping and leaves the awning almost dry.
In both cases, the entire process is carried out directly at your home, with no need to dismantle the structure.

Do you need photos before providing a quote?

Yes, photos are essential. Before confirming any quote or appointment, we ask for clear images of the awning from different angles, including both overall and close-up views, as well as the surrounding area (such as railings, planters, low ceilings, etc.).
This allows us to assess the fabric type, the level of dirt, access to the working area and any potential limitations in the space. With this information, we can recommend the most suitable cleaning method, confirm whether the service can be carried out with guaranteed results, and provide an accurate quote tailored to your specific situation.

Do you collect the awnings or clean them at the customer’s home?

We do not collect, dismantle or transport awnings. All of our services are carried out on-site, directly at your home.
Our team specialises in cleaning awnings while they remain installed, adapting to the existing structure without causing disruption or altering the setup. This approach avoids the risks associated with unnecessary handling and ensures fast, efficient results.

Is the service safe for the awning fabric?

Absolutely. Before each service, we assess the type of fabric, the age of the awning, and the overall condition of the material to determine the most appropriate cleaning method.
Our products are biodegradable, professional-grade and specifically developed for safe use on textiles. They are designed not to damage delicate fibres or affect the colour of the awning. With both HydroPro+™ and DryPro+™, we use controlled brushing techniques without aggressive friction, and we carefully adjust the pressure or moisture levels according to the needs of each surface.

What guarantees do you offer if the awning doesn't come out well?

We offer a complete cleaning guarantee. If the result does not meet our standards or the client’s expectations, we commit to finding a solution at no extra cost—this may include repeating the service, focusing on specific areas, or, if necessary, cancelling the job entirely without charge if we determine that the awning cannot be cleaned to a satisfactory level.
We only accept jobs where we are confident we can achieve a professional and visibly improved result.

How long does the service take and how should I prepare the space?

The duration depends on several factors such as the size of the awning, the level of dirt, the type of fabric, access to the area and the surrounding conditions. As a general reference, an awning of up to 7 m² typically takes between 1 and 2 hours to clean, although some cases may require more time.
To prepare the space, we simply ask that the awning is fully extended, the surrounding area is cleared of plants or delicate objects, and access is made available for our specialist. We bring all the necessary equipment with us.

How much does the service cost? Are there hidden fees? When is payment due?

The base prices for the service are published on this page, but they may vary depending on the size, location, access to the awning, and its condition. That’s why we always request photos before confirming the final price.
We do not apply hidden fees or unexpected charges. If the job requires the use of ladders, cleaning from difficult-to-reach areas, or any special conditions, we will inform you clearly when sending the quote.
Payment is made after the service is completed, directly to the specialist, either in cash or via Bizum if preferred.
