The duration of the service depends on the number of items, fabric type, and level of dirt or staining. As a reference, cleaning a 2 to 4-seater sofa usually takes between 1 and 2 hours. However, at Clean-Home.es we never limit the service time: if the process requires more time to achieve a good result, the price remains the same and no extra fees apply.

After cleaning, the surface will remain damp but under normal ventilation it will dry within a few hours. Drying time varies depending on factors such as airflow, room temperature or fabric type, but in general, the furniture will be ready for use the same day. If desired, you can speed up the drying process using fans or air conditioning.
If you’d like to remove a specific stain, we can start with that area. If the stain does not come out, you can choose not to proceed and no charge will be made. That said, please note that our service focuses on removing moisture, mites, odours and microorganisms. Some stains may leave a permanent visual trace if the fabric’s colour has been altered, even if the area is fully sanitised.

However, we guarantee the full removal of dirt and moisture, which significantly improves both hygiene and fabric longevity.

In these cases, we carry out a 10-minute test: if the stain does not come out or visibly improves during that time, we inform you, stop the service, and you won’t be charged anything.
However, please remember that the main focus of our service is not just aesthetic, but full sanitisation of the furniture – removing moisture, mites, odours, bacteria, and embedded dust.
