How long does the service take, and how should the vessel be prepared?

The duration of a NauticaCare360™ service typically ranges between 2 and 3 hours, depending on several factors such as the number of elements to be treated, the type of marine fabrics, and the level of use or exposure to humidity and salt.

We do not work against the clock. Our priority is to achieve the highest possible standard of hygiene and restoration. If additional time is required to deliver optimal results, the service will be completed accordingly without any extra charge. The agreed price always remains unchanged.

Important technical requirements on board

To carry out the service correctly, we require:

  • Access to onboard electricity (standard socket)

  • Clean water supply

  • Access to a toilet or suitable drain to safely dispose of extracted dirty water

These requirements allow us to operate efficiently while keeping the vessel clean and protected throughout the process.
